The Year 2000 was probably the richest with announcements for new Bluetooth devices. For example, a solution for a wireless data transfer from laptop to printer was introduced this year.
In the same year, also introduced, was yet another device for wireless laptops, handheld computers, printers, and cell phones - a Bluetooth USB Adapter. Bluetooth USB adapters remain popular today.

Also in 2000 a Bluetooth watch was introduced, which you could wear on your wrist and use it to control a notebook computer that was equipped with a Bluetooth-chip. For example, the letters, typed on a laptop keyboard, could be displayed on the screen of a watch, and vice versa. As years went by, this particular novelty did not receive wide recognition. However, the concept of the Bluetooth watch was very impressive.
Also new for 2000 was an automobile control system, based on Bluetooth technology. The Bluetooth device would connect to the internal network of a car, allowing you to lock and unlock the doors of the car with a laptop or a cell phone. Bluetooth car control systems became popular with time.

And yet, it is achievable with Bluetooth technology.
Bluetooth offers great opportunities for inventors. Starting from 1998, we have seen numerous devices, equipped with Bluetooth technology. Some of these devices became popular and keep improving, while other devices did not receive recognition and were forgotten. Most likely, in the near future, we will see many new exciting uses of the Bluetooth technology.
